These terms apply to 司南命理, including the website, mobile apps, consultations, live rooms, reports, content, physical goods and customer support services.

Service scope

Astrology, tarot, divination, naming, calendar, compatibility, AI and teacher consultation content is provided for cultural reference, entertainment and personal reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or investment advice. Users should make important decisions independently and consult qualified professionals when needed.

Accounts and conduct

• Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Users may not harass others, publish illegal content, impersonate others or abuse calls.
• Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, attack or disrupt the service.
• We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create safety/security risks.

Orders and payments

Paid services and goods show their price before checkout. Digital services, subscriptions, refunds and cancellations follow the rules displayed in the app and the applicable app store or payment provider. Physical goods are subject to shipping, customs, availability and after-sales policies shown during purchase.

Content and rights

The app, reports, designs, text, audio, video and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own lawful content, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate, store, transmit and display that content in the service.
