Privacy Policy

司南命理 provides astrology, divination, live consultation, content, shopping and account services. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how users can control or delete their data.

Data we collect

  • Account data, such as phone number, email, nickname, avatar and login records.
  • Profile and consultation data, such as birth date, birth time, gender, location, relationship questions, chat messages and selected teachers.
  • Communication data needed for calls, live sessions, voice messages and support, including microphone/camera access when the user starts these features.
  • Order data, such as service orders, physical goods, shipping address, payment status, invoices, refunds and customer service records.
  • Device and diagnostics data, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, push token, logs, crash data and security signals.

How we use data

  • Provide app features, account login, profiles, recommendations and saved history.
  • Deliver consultations, reports, live/call services, orders and after-sales support.
  • Process payments, refunds, risk control, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
  • Send service notices, order updates and push notifications selected by the user.
  • Improve reliability, fix bugs, protect users and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, payment, analytics, push notification, live audio/video, logistics and customer support vendors. They may only process data for the services they provide to us. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, user account records, legal compliance, security, accounting and dispute resolution.

Third-party AI services

Some features are powered by third-party AI providers. When you chat with an AI assistant (an AI master), the text messages you send, your voice messages (transcribed to text and, where you enable read-aloud, synthesized to speech), and any birth details you choose to share (date, time and place of birth) are transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) to generate replies and transcriptions. When you use AI image readings (palm/face) or AI try-on previews, the photos you upload are transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. and/or Google LLC (Gemini) to generate the result. We ask for your permission in the app before your first AI conversation. We never send these providers your phone number, email, account or payment information, the data is used only to generate the requested result and not for advertising, and these providers process it under their own data-protection terms, which provide protection equal to this policy. Declining AI data sharing only disables AI features; human consultations and all other services remain available.

User choices

  • Users can edit profile information in the app.
  • Users can control camera, microphone and notification permissions in system settings.
  • Users can request account deletion in the app or at /delete-account.
  • Users may contact support to request access, correction, deletion or export.

Children and contact

The service is not intended for children under the age required by local law. If we learn that a child provided personal data without proper consent, we will delete it. For privacy requests, contact: support@sinandao.com.
